Through a detailed understanding of all forms of construction, both historic and modern, we are able to quickly identify the cause of a defect and arrange and manage the process of repair.
We also regularly assess and accurately forecast the need for future repair and maintenance and are experienced in the preparation of planned maintenance strategies and budgets.
We have inspected, diagnosed and managed the repair of over 56 properties in the last year and are currently instructed on several individual portfolios in excess of 500 premises each.
